Order Changes, Returns and Product Replacement Policy for Clifton Park Turf
Order Confirmation and Payment:
When you confirm your order in the morning, rest assured that you will only be charged once the turf is harvested. This allows us to provide you with the freshest turf possible. Keep in mind that once the turf is cut, we cannot reverse the process, so we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Inspection and Reporting on Day One:
Upon receiving your turf, please inspect it thoroughly on the day of delivery. If you notice any issues during installation or if the turf does not meet your expectations, we kindly ask you to take clear photos and promptly notify our office. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are here to assist you.
Replacement Policy on Day One:
In the event of any issues detected during the first day, we are committed to addressing them promptly. However, we can only replace the turf if the problems are reported on the same day of delivery. If you have any concerns its best to call the office before the install process. This is crucial, as once the turf is installed it becomes even more difficult to rectify.
Post-Installation Concerns:
If you encounter any issues with the turf after the first day, we regret to inform you that Clifton Park Turf cannot replace or refund the product. This policy is in place to ensure the best quality and freshness of our turf, and we appreciate your understanding. We do back our product and will offer support to all of our valued customers where we can.
