Click & Collect Process
1. Order Placement:
Place your order by contacting our office during our operational hours. We're open from 7 am to 3 pm on the farms, and the office closes at 5 pm. Whether you're a regular customer or have an account with us, make sure to provide your purchase order number if applicable.
2. Order Processing Time:
Our dedicated team ensures a swift turnaround time of just 4 hours for Click and Collect orders. Please note that Saturday orders must be placed on or before Friday lunchtime, as we operate with limited staff on the farm over the weekend.
3. Payment:
For a smooth pickup experience, all Click and Collect orders must be paid for at the time of placing the order. If you hold an account with us, please provide a valid purchase order number. If plans change before we harvest, it wont cost you anything. We can refund these changes before we prepare your order.
4. Confirmation and Loading:
Upon arrival at our farm, please locate a staff member to confirm your order. In the rare case of no staff on site, you'll find a list of contact numbers on the shed and online. Once your order is confirmed, you are welcome to load it by hand. If a licensed forklift operator is available, we're happy to assist with loading.
5. Loading Safety Guidelines:
Our forklifts are designed for loading commercial trucks. If you ask us to load your vehicle, please do so at your own risk.
Strict company policies prohibit overloading trailers or pick up vehicles.
For your safety, remain in the vehicle while the forklift is in motion.
While we strive for incident-free loading, please be aware of the inherent risks involved in using our forklifts for smaller vehicles.

Order Changes, Returns and Product Replacement Policy for Clifton Park Turf
Order Confirmation and Payment:
When you confirm your order in the morning, rest assured that you will only be charged once the turf is harvested. This allows us to provide you with the freshest turf possible. Keep in mind that once the turf is cut, we cannot reverse the process, so we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Inspection and Reporting on Day One:
Upon receiving your turf, please inspect it thoroughly on the day of delivery. If you notice any issues during installation or if the turf does not meet your expectations, we kindly ask you to take clear photos and promptly notify our office. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are here to assist you.
Replacement Policy on Day One:
In the event of any issues detected during the first day, we are committed to addressing them promptly. However, we can only replace the turf if the problems are reported on the same day of delivery. If you have any concerns its best to call the office before the install process. This is crucial, as once the turf is installed it becomes even more difficult to rectify.
Post-Installation Concerns:
If you encounter any issues with the turf after the first day, we regret to inform you that Clifton Park Turf cannot replace or refund the product. This policy is in place to ensure the best quality and freshness of our turf, and we appreciate your understanding. We do back our product and will offer support to all of our valued customers where we can.
